• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

You agree not to use HablaFlow to:

• Translate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Share your account with others
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

HablaFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HablaFlow LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your translations remain your property, but you grant us a license to use anonymized translation data to improve our service.

8. Translation Accuracy

While we strive for accurate translations, HablaFlow is an AI-powered service and translations may contain errors. You should not rely on HablaFlow for critical, legal, medical, or safety-related translations without human verification. We are not liable for any damages resulting from translation inaccuracies.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HablaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HablaFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinal County, Arizona.
