HablaFlow is an AI-powered cultural intelligence platform supporting Mexican Spanish, Peruvian Spanish, Colombian Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. The service includes text translation across 20 locale directions, voice input, native voice output, city-level regional dialect selection, and tone customization features.
To use HablaFlow, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Free users receive 10 translations per day. Unused translations do not roll over to the next day. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC.
Pro subscribers receive unlimited translations, priority processing, advanced voice options, and access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.

You are responsible for the text, images, voice, and other content you submit to HablaFlow. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that contains sensitive personal information unless you understand it may be processed to provide the service.
We process images only to extract readable text and provide translations. We do not intentionally store original uploaded images after processing. Extracted text and translation results may be saved to your history if you are logged in.
HablaFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HablaFlow LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your translations remain your property, but you grant us a license to use anonymized translation data to improve our service.
While we strive for accurate translations, HablaFlow is an AI-powered service. Translations and scan results may not always be perfect and should not be relied on for legal, medical, emergency, immigration, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always verify important translations with a qualified human before acting on them. We are not liable for any damages resulting from translation or scan inaccuracies.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HablaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HablaFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinal County, Arizona.
