When you use voice input, your audio is processed to convert speech to text. We do not store raw audio recordings. Voice output is generated on-demand and not retained.

HablaFlow Scan allows users to take or upload images containing readable text, such as menus, signs, screenshots, labels, or travel notes. Images are used only to extract text and provide translations.
We do not use uploaded images to identify users. We do not sell uploaded images. We do not intentionally store original uploaded images after processing unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.
The extracted text may be processed by our AI service providers to generate detected text, translations, explanations, and related language features. Translation results, detected text, source/target language, tone, and related metadata may be saved to your history if you are logged in.
HablaFlow uses AI to provide translations and continuously improve. Your translation feedback and ratings help us enhance our service. We use anonymized and aggregated data to refine future translations. Approved feedback may shape how we phrase translations for similar prompts. If you would like your feedback excluded from future improvements, contact us at privacy@hablaflow.com and we will remove it.
